This week, two of our outstanding team members completed Session Two of the Michigan Aggregates Association’s Emerging Leaders Program at AIS Construction Equipment in Lansing.

Congratulations to Jon Vaughn, Plant Manager at Koenig Materials, and Rylee Prowse, our Scale Coordinator, for taking the next step in their leadership journey!

They spent the last two days diving into what it takes to be an effective leader in the aggregate industry and gaining valuable insights into the equipment and services AIS offers to companies like ours.
