You may walk the 5K, however we encourage only runners to participate in the 10K run due to the timing of awards.

No, the course will not have any trucks or machinery in operation on race day. The course will be groomed and safe for all participants as long as all safety procedures and directives are followed.

Strollers are NOT allowed on the 10K and 5K courses, but we welcome off-road strollers for the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.

Dogs are permitted on the course with the following conditions: Dogs MUST be leashed at all times, Dogs must be under control to not interfere with other runners, Dogs must be cleaned up after should there be a potty break.

Documented service dogs are always welcome.

You have 2 hours to complete the 10K, 90 minutes to complete the 5K and 60 minutes to complete the fun run/walk.

Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female runners in each of the following age groups:

14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

The award ceremony begins at 11 a.m. or as soon as the finals runners times have been entered.

Yes, you are able to transfer your registration if transferred by June 10th.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a different t-shirt size than what was originally ordered.

Your 5K Run/Walk entry fee includes an event t-shirt, commemorative run gift, award eligibility, post-run refreshments and timed race results.

Your 1 Fun Run/Walk entry fee includes an event t-shirt, commemorative run gift and post-run refreshments.

We discourage the use of headphones, but it is permitted.

The event will go on rain or shine with only the possibility of delay in the event of lightning.

The course will be measured correctly but not certified. It is certifiably challenging, though!

Yes! We will be able to provide day of registration, however run shirts and commemorative gifts are not guaranteed after June 1, 2022.  Payment must be in cash or check.

Before Race Day

Registration Packets may be picked up at Koenig Materials on Saturday, May 17 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Day of Race

You can also pick up your race packet the day of the race (7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.) at the run registration center at Koenig Materials.

Parking will be available at Koenig Materials. Exact Parking location at the gravel pit will be announced closer to the run date.

We strongly encourage all runners to pick up their own race packet. It is important for runners to verify their data and make any necessary changes. However, if it is not possible for you to pick-up your own packet, you may have someone pick it up for you. That person will be responsible for verifying personal race information (name, age, birthdate, etc.).
